2 IAF surgeons to leave for Russia on Jan 17 to get training for Gaganyaan space crew care


Two flight surgeons with the Indian Air Force will soon leave for Russia for an advanced training in space medicine in order to take care of the four gagannauts who are being trained for the Gaganyaan programme, the country’s maiden manned mission to space. Fight surgeons are responsible for astronauts’ health before, during and after the space mission.
